It’s true! I have wings, and I’m working on a second pair.
Once again I’m honored to have been asked to join Elizabeth Hunter (along with local foodie advocate and awesome fellow mama, Amanda Storey) on a most excellent Mama-centric transformation challenge. It’s basically a big ole’ chrysalis congregation of mommies who are working on some Forward Motion by focusing on nourishing a little bit of mind, body, and spirit each day for the next three months.
We just got started, so get tuned in.
A few disclaimers:
- Read at your own risk: We write for and about women, specifically women with children. If you don’t fall in to either of these categories, you may not be amused and you quite possibly may be offended.
- We like to keep things real: No sugar-coating, plenty of boo-hoo’ing, and a dash of unabashedly raw. We tell it like it is, because we want to be sure that everybody else is going through this, too.
- We never judge. That’s a promise.
- It’s good, clean fun for the mama soul!
There’s even an online forum where you can sign up and get nestled in to your own chrysalis challenge. Join the choir, girls!
So, for the sake of stating the obvious, I’ll be in two places at once. Please excuse any inconsistencies or prolonged absence. :)
Here’s to some beautiful wings!!
